Step 1:

  • In order to get in touch with GoPro's Customer Support Team, it is recommended to contact them via a chat, email, or toll-free number listed below.

  • If you want to return your order, just type in your email address and order number which is mentioned in your invoice.

  • Contacting GoPro Customer Support is necessary to obtain an RMA number, which is a prerequisite before sending back a package.

  • To ensure a successful return, it is recommended that products be securely packaged and accompanied by a printed RMA form.

Step 2:

  • GoPro will provide a free replacement for your product or part in the event of a manufacturing defect covered by the warranty mentioned below. Shipping costs will be covered by GoPro at their discretion.

  • Before you send anything to GoPro, it is requested you to reach out to their Customer Support Team. Upon their assessment, if the issue falls within the scope of warranty coverage, you will receive an RMA number. Items that do not qualify for warranty coverage will be returned to the customers.

Step 3:

  • Please assemble a package for the return. Clearly mark the RMA number on the exterior of the box and dispatch it to the designated address corresponding to your location

  • Ensure that the RMA number is prominently displayed on the box's outside, and obtain a receipt upon dropping off the shipment.

  • In order to qualify for reimbursement, the package must be handed over to the carrier within seven days following the RMA request. Returns submitted beyond this timeframe will not be eligible for reimbursement.

  • During the warranty process, GoPro may offer you one of the following solutions: a warranty replacement or warranty service. The warranty period is usually one year for all products.

What is covered under the GoPro Warranty?

GoPro's warranty typically covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions within a specified period from the purchase date. The warranty provides for repair or replacement of the faulty product.

What is NOT covered under the GoPro Warranty?

This warranty does not cover damage caused by use, accident, normal wear and tear, or any other source of damage. GoPro shall not be held liable for accidents, injuries, deaths, losses, or any other claim arising out of, or connected to, the use of, this product. GoPro shall not be held responsible for any incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of, or any other part of, this product or any other GoPro product. This product is not warranty protected against water housing leakage and any resulting damage. Due to the possibility of user resealing error this warranty does not cover water housing leakage.
