Step 1:

  • Check out Rheem's website and find out the model and serial number of your product. Head to the warranty section and click the product registration page. It might be labeled "Product Registration".

  • Make sure you fill out the form with all the info you need. It should include your name, your contact info, the model of the product, the serial numbers, the date you bought it, and the receipt or invoice you used to pay for it. 

Step 2:

  • Make sure everything is correct before you submit it. Click the button to submit it. Once you do, you should get a confirmation text or email saying you've registered your product. Keep that for later.

  • If you have previously registered your Rheem product and wish to confirm the terms and coverage of your warranty, please select the relevant product category on the right to begin the verification process. You will need your serial number for authentication.

Step 3:

  • If you need to apply for warranty service, check out the info you'll get when you register. You'll need to get in touch with Rheem customer support, give them the details, and follow their instructions on how to start the warranty claim. 

  • Keep in mind that the process might be a bit different depending on where you live and what kind of product you have. If you're having trouble, check out Rheem's website or call customer support.

What is NOT covered under the Rheem Warranty?
