Pioneer provides a straightforward option for you to claim a warrant. You have two options to claim your warranty.
First, contact the Pioneer’s authorized dealer who may repair or replace your products or suggest the best options for you. You need to provide them with the original sales receipt to show the place and date of purchase.
Alternatively, you can contact Pioneer Customer Support. To contact support, fill out the form by choosing the appropriate options from drop-downs. Or, you can jump on a call with them.
The expert at the other end will show you the appropriate option based on your geographical location and product model.
Once you contact them, you will be provided with a Return Authorization. Note that Pioneer doesn't accept returns without a Return Authorization number under any circumstances.
Pack the products with proper padding material to prevent any damages during the shipping along with the return authorization number attached. Then ship the well-packed product to an authorized Pioneer service center using any traceable and insured method of transportation.
Make sure that your product is under warranty and that you ship the product you want to return within 14 days of obtaining the return authorization.
Pioneer requests you to include your contact details like name, phone, and address to get back to you in the business days. So make sure that you have added them to the packages. The experts will initiate replacements or refunds based on the issues and repairability.

Pioneer offers a Limited Warranty which applies exclusively to both the original owner and subsequent owner of the product. You will need to show the original sales receipt as proof of purchase and to confirm the date and place of purchase. Additionally, the product must be purchased from Pioneer or an authorized Pioneer dealer. This Limited Warranty applies only to Pioneer products purchased from authorized dealers, if not the warranty can go void. Pioneer will cover the return shipment of the repaired or replaced product to you, within the country of purchase.
Pioneer’s warranty policy is not liable for the product that is obtained from unauthorized dealers. This warranty doesn’t cover industrial use, misuse, unauthorized modifications, accidents, improper maintenance/installations, or use of faulty cables or software. Consequential and incidental damages are also not covered. Moreover, the warranty becomes null and void if serial numbers are altered, defaced, or removed.
