Goodman warranty policy applies to:

- Issues from electrical service interruptions, surges, or fluctuations, as well as water damage, mold, or biological growth, are excluded.
- Appearance changes not affecting performance, fuse replacements, and circuit breaker resets are not covered.
- Damage from unapproved refrigerants or recycled/used refrigerants is excluded.
