Keep your original shipping crate; Glion strongly recommends retaining the original packaging. If a return is authorized, the scooter must be shipped in its original box to prevent transit damage, which is not covered by the warranty.

Obtain a Return Authorization before shipping any items; units sent to the Nebraska service center without prior approval or a valid authorization may not be accepted.
