Step 1:

  • Ensure your scooter is registered at the official website; registration is a mandatory prerequisite for accessing warranty services and ensures your Serial Number is on file.

  • Locate your Serial Number; on most models, this is engraved on the bottom of the scooter frame or near the folding mechanism.

  • Verify the Purchase Date from your original receipt; the limited warranty is strictly for the Original Purchaser and typically covers the frame and core electronics for a set period from the date of delivery.

Step 2:

  • Consult the Glion Instructional Videos and User Manual; many common folding mechanism adjustments or battery behaviors can be resolved by following the factory-prescribed maintenance steps.

  • Document the defect by capturing clear photos and video evidence; the technical support team requires visual proof to determine if the issue is a manufacturing defect or the result of normal wear and tear.

  • Keep your original shipping crate; Glion strongly recommends retaining the original packaging. If a return is authorized, the scooter must be shipped in its original box to prevent transit damage, which is not covered by the warranty.

Step 3:

  • Reach out to the team to Contact Us directly by submitting a support ticket through the official help desk or emailing the support team with your order ID and serial number.

  • Obtain a Return Authorization before shipping any items; units sent to the Nebraska service center without prior approval or a valid authorization may not be accepted.

  • If a repair is authorized, follow the provided shipping instructions; once the defect is validated, Glion will coordinate the necessary repairs or provide replacement parts to restore your scooter to working order.

Glion Warranty Period:

  • 12 months or 1,000 miles (whichever first) limited warranty against material/workmanship defects.
