Step 1:

  • Ensure you are the Original Purchaser; the warranty is available only to residents of the United States and Canada (or India for regional models) and is strictly non-transferable.

  • Locate your Serial Number; this is typically found on a holographic UL sticker on the bottom of the hoverboard or engraved on the frame of your scooter or bike.

  • Gather your Validation Documents; a clear copy of the original invoice, receipt, or proof of purchase from an authorized retailer is required to verify the start of your coverage.

Step 2:

  • Consult the User Manual Troubleshooting Section; identify specific indicators such as the "Motor Failure" or "Control Failure" icons on your digital display before reaching out.

  • Document the defect by capturing clear photos and video evidence; Swagtron’s technical team requires visual proof of any hardware defect to determine if it falls under material or workmanship coverage.

  • Inspect for External Damage; ensure the unit has not been disassembled, as opening the motor or battery compartment by anyone other than an authorized party will void your protection

Step 3:

  • Reach out to the team through contact us directly by submitting a support ticket through the official help center or emailing the service team with your proof of purchase and visual evidence.

  • Obtain a Return Authorization if a workshop evaluation is required; note that shipping costs for non-DOA (Dead on Arrival) items are typically the responsibility of the owner.

  • Follow the guided Replacement or Repair process; Swagtron will, at its discretion, use new or refurbished parts to restore your product or exchange it for a functionally equivalent model.

Swagtron Warranty Period:

  • Typically 90 days to 1 year limited warranty depending on product.
