If you want to claim any product of Glacier Bay, You can easily return the product back to them for free in any “The Home Depot” store near you even if it is purchased online. They will look into the issue and do the needful on the spot.
Copy of your receipt, shipping confirmation mail along with the credit card you have used for the purchase and a valid ID is mandatory to make the claim successful.
If your product is purchased from The Home Depot Design Center, It can only be returned on the same premise. Products purchased online will also not be accepted in The Home Depot Design Center.

All Glacier Bay products are subjected to a promised warranty plan to the original consumer purchaser within the defined warranty period. They always want to deliver products that are free from craftsmanship and material defects. Any product with the mentioned issue can apply for the claim. If the product is proven to be defective, The company will itself repair/replace the product according to the magnitude of the defect with no charges from your end. The warranty provides you with specific legal rights and you can also leverage other legal rights which may vary from province to province and state to state. If your toilet continuously runs, your kitchen faucet wand is cracked, the water sensor isn't functioning, the handle is sticking, the valve body is leaking, the shower head fixture has split, or if there's a slow drip from the spout or a faucet leak, Glacier Bay will offer a replacement based on the terms of their warranty policy.
All the damages due to improper handling; incidental/inconsequential activities are excluded in the claim. It also excludes defects due to normal wear & tear; no proper care and attention; misuse; unnecessary alterations on the product that are not directed by authorized sources. Products used for commercial, business and industrial purposes are also mandatorily rejected in the claim.
