  • You must always practice registering your products on their website. This can even help you in your claim by availing the information very easily to their side. This will also help you keep updated.

  • It is a simple process of sharing your personal details like first & last name, current location including state/province & zip code along with your email address and mobile number you have in hand.

  • Product details to be included are model number, serial number, and date of purchase. This will help you in various areas like claims, returns, and so on. You can initiate the claim by sending your defective product to their place. Make sure the claim is done within the defined warranty period of the product.

Step 2:

  • The products intended to be returned due to concealed damage or a defective product, and those returned due to customer remorse after the delivery date, have a thirty-day period to do so. Returns for the rest of the concerns need to be completed within seven days.

  • Dimplex will never allow you to pay the return shipping costs for the delivery of defective, damaged, or wrong products. The consumer team is to be contacted to receive the return authorization number.

What is covered under the Dimplex Warranty?

All Dimplex products undergo thorough inspection and testing before shipment and are covered by the terms of their defined warranty. Dimplex guarantees that its products are free from defects in craftsmanship and materials for the specified period. Should any issues arise within this timeframe, they will repair or replace the product provided sufficient proof of purchase is provided.

What is NOT covered under the Dimplex Warranty?

The limited warranty will not apply if the product undergoes repairs or alterations by unauthorized sources other than those authorized by Dimplex. Additionally, claims will be void for products damaged due to improper handling, misuse, negligence, improper installation or maintenance, or operation with incorrect power. Furthermore, any form of special, indirect, exemplary, punitive, incidental, or consequential loss will not be covered under the warranty claim.
