What is covered under the Gigabyte Warranty?

Gigabyte always warrants all of its products will be free from any form of material and workmanship defects for the given period of time under the terms and conditions of Gigabyte. Gigabyte also reserves the right to take any action to protect itself against all forms of suspicious claims, including, without limitation, requiring further verification of identity and details of the claimant and qualifying purchases as well as debarment of the claim.
