  • Provide your personal details, including your name and email address, along with the product's name or model, serial number, and method of purchase. 

  • Make sure to attach a copy of the product's invoice before submitting the form. After successful registration, you might receive a confirmation mail.

Step 2:

  • Keep a copy of your registration confirmation for future reference. If you have any issues with your product during the warranty period, check the terms and conditions.

  • Registering your products will provide you with information about the warranty period and the coverage applicable to your products.

  • To obtain warranty service, you must contact Genie customer service at the toll-free number given below, provide them with all the necessary information, and follow their instructions on how to resolve the issue under warranty.

Step 3:

  • Returning the products in unused and unopened condition within sixty days of purchase will result in a full refund. Customers are responsible for covering shipping charges. Using the UPS or insured USPS to return the products will act as proof of delivery.

  • You have no option other than returning the products to the place of purchase, which were bought from Genie’s Shopify Online Store because Genie is not a suitable place to receive the refund.

What is covered under the Genie Warranty?

The Genie Company provides a warranty to the initial purchaser of its products, contingent upon all terms and conditions, ensuring that the product and all its components are free from material and workmanship defects for a specific duration starting from the purchase date. This warranty is exclusively extended to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred or reassigned. Additionally, it is applicable solely to products installed in residential or non-commercial settings.

What is NOT covered under the Genie Warranty?

The warranty does not cover instances of unauthorized or improper installation, alteration, or repair of the product. Additionally, it excludes any product or component damaged or degraded due to misuse, neglect, accidents, lack of necessary maintenance, failure to adhere to the owner's manual instructions, normal wear and tear, acts of nature, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the seller. Furthermore, it does not extend to batteries, use of extension cords, missing or damaged parts from clearance or open-box sales, or repairs or maintenance to door components. The warranty also excludes any product installed in commercial or industrial building applications.
