The form requires your contact details, your blender's serial number, and a detailed description of the issue. Photos of the issue can also be uploaded to the form.
Once your warranty claim form has been submitted, a representative from Blendtec will be in contact with you to assist you in your claim process.
They may request additional information regarding the issue you are experiencing. After obtaining all the necessary information, they will determine whether to repair your blender or replace it.
If the warranty covers the repair or replacement of your blender, Blendtec will cover the cost of shipping to and from its service center.
Upon receipt of the RAN, your blender can be shipped back to Blendtec to be repaired or replaced.
The company's policy regarding returns and exchanges of Blendtec products purchased from the company's website or from an approved Blendtec dealer, stipulates that customers are eligible to receive a full refund within 30 days of the date of purchase.
