Step 1:

  • In order to submit a warranty claim, fill out their warranty claim form.

  • The form requires your contact details, your blender's serial number, and a detailed description of the issue. Photos of the issue can also be uploaded to the form.

  • Once your warranty claim form has been submitted, a representative from Blendtec will be in contact with you to assist you in your claim process.

  • They may request additional information regarding the issue you are experiencing. After obtaining all the necessary information, they will determine whether to repair your blender or replace it.

Step 2:

  • The customer service representative will assess the warranty coverage for your blender and provide you with a return authorization number (RAN).

  • If the warranty covers the repair or replacement of your blender, Blendtec will cover the cost of shipping to and from its service center. 

  • Upon receipt of the RAN, your blender can be shipped back to Blendtec to be repaired or replaced.

Step 3:

  • The company's policy regarding returns and exchanges of Blendtec products purchased from the company's website or from an approved Blendtec dealer, stipulates that customers are eligible to receive a full refund within 30 days of the date of purchase.

  • However, certain exceptions to this policy may apply, such as for items that are used, custom or have been discontinued. Shipping charges based on weight, handling, and location. Final cost determined during checkout.

What is covered under the Blendtec Warranty?

Blendtec, Inc. provides a warranty to the original buyer of a Blendtec product, assuring that the product designed for household use will be devoid of material and workmanship flaws during regular residential usage. Blendtec warrants its blenders and accessories against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, maintenance, and service for the time periods. The warranty covers, as applicable, the parts and labor necessary to repair or replace components that, according to Blendtec's sole judgment, are found to be defective.

What is NOT covered under the Blendtec Warranty?

Usually, the warranty does not cover products purchased from unauthorized sellers, degradation or damage caused by routine use, aging, or general wear and tear over time. The guarantee normally does not cover any losses brought on by carelessness, abuse, improper usage, or accidents. The guarantee can be null and invalid if non-Blendtec components were used, or if unauthorized personnel fixed or changed the blender. The warranty often does not cover minor aesthetic flaws, scratches, or blemishes that do not impair the performance of the blender. Damage resulting from the use of aggressive cleaning products or inefficient cleaning techniques may not be covered. It's important to thoroughly review the specific warranty terms and conditions provided by Blendtec for your blender.
