The form to verify the warranty provided by Ecosmart needs you to present the serial number, last name, and postal code of the homeowner.
A time period of 30 days from the purchase date is allocated for both the installation of the heater and the registration of the warranty, which should be postmarked unless otherwise approved.

The heat exchanger, serving as the essential component of the water heater, is safeguarded throughout the warranty period. This warranty is applicable to water heaters in the United States of America and Canada, exclusively for the original owner.
The warranty typically excludes damages resulting from overuse, negligence, improper installation, or unauthorized alterations. Additionally, it often does not cover regular wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or incidental or consequential losses.
