While GEEKOM does not require separate registration, as they track coverage via your purchase record, keeping a digital copy of your Dated Proof of Purchase is a mechanical necessity for validating your warranty window. If you purchased through Amazon or a third-party vendor, ensure you have the specific invoice to route your request to the correct sub-department.
If your mini PC fails to boot, experiences frequent crashes under load, or a port has developed a hardware failure, it is time to perform a visual assessment. The warranty is specifically designed to address manufacturing defects, such as failures in the motherboard, cooling fans, or internal power delivery systems.
It is important to determine if the failure is a factory defect rather than a result of misuse. Check for signs of mechanical failure that align with standard manufacturing errors. Keep in mind that unauthorized modifications including damage caused during improper disassembly or third party repairs will render the warranty null and void. Standard wear, accidental drops, and damage from extreme temperatures or liquid are excluded from the core hardware protection.
To resolve a hardware failure, you must coordinate with the 24/7 after sales service team. GEEKOM utilizes a structured digital intake process where you must obtain a Return Authorization and the correct warehouse address before shipping any unit back for professional restoration.
You must compile a digital submission to their official support email, including your order details and a description of the fault. If the issue is reported within the first six months of purchase, GEEKOM will typically cover the shipping fees for the return. Beyond six months, the consumer is responsible for shipping costs to the service center. Once the unit is received, the technical team will typically process the return or exchange within 3 to 5 business days to get your setup back online.
