Gasland Chef warrants each of their new products to be free from all forms of material and workmanship defects for the first year from the date of purchase under normal use and maintenance. They will furnish if you face any such defect with the new part(s) at their sole discretion at no pay from your end. You must always have a copy of the dated sales receipt/invoice and be the original purchaser of the product to claim the warranty.
Gasland Chef warranty excludes damages due to misuse or improper care and maintenance; commercial, non-residential, multiple-family use, or use inconsistent with published user, operator or installation instructions; improper installation & shipping and repairs performed by unauthorized service agents. This warranty also disapproves claims for service calls that do not involve defects in material and workmanship such as instructions on proper use of the product or improper installation; replacement or resetting of house fuses or circuit breakers; any delivery/installation costs incurred as the result of a unit that fails to perform as specified; refunds for non-repairable products are limited to the price paid for the unit per the sales receipt; the removal and reinstallation of your appliance and expenses for travel and transportation for product services.
