  • You must have an account to move further to return any products. In the account section, you can find the order section, which contains the 'return product' button. Clicking the button means you are asking the customer service team to provide a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) for return.

  • Complete and sign the Return Proforma Invoice enclosed with your order. Generate four additional copies, resulting in a total of five invoices.

  • Insert one copy into the package along with the items slated for return. Hand over the remaining four copies to the courier during the return pickup, as they are essential for customs clearance.

Step 2:

  • Furla will use the payment method that was used for the purchase to process the refund within fourteen working days after receiving the returned products at the warehouse and verifying that you have complied with the specified return conditions.

  • If a credit or debit card was utilized, the refund processing times are subject to the bank's policies and typically take around 7 working days to reflect.

  • The experienced and knowledgeable customer service team keeps their eyes open to address your issues or queries. They're very pleased to assist you in critical situations. You will form a favorable opinion of them after experiencing their service.
