The warranty applies to the original purchaser. During the warranty period, PMI will replace the cabinet if there is any water leakage through the base assembly caused by rusting or due to a material or workmanship defect. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase. In addition, the warranty also covers all other components, and Phoenix Manufacturing Inc., at its discretion, will replace or exchange any components that fail due to material or workmanship defects.
The owner holds no responsibility for any damage or malfunction, except when it stems from material or workmanship defects. The determination of such defects falls within the sole discretion of PMI or its designated representative. Please refrain from using anode devices, water from a water softener, cooler cleaners, cooler treatments, or any other additives in your cooler. The use of these products will not only void your warranty but may also compromise the longevity of your cooler. It's important to note that this warranty does not extend to evaporative coolers installed and operated outside the continental United States. Additionally, PMI does not cover the cost of service calls for site visits or installations to diagnose issues. Labor costs for part installation and mileage expenses to and from the site are not covered by PMI. Furthermore, PMI does not bear the freight or postage charges for any exchange or replacement parts. This warranty does not encompass any failures, damages, or defects resulting from unauthorized modifications or servicing, or from the use of products or replacement parts other than those supplied by PMI, including but not limited to motors and pumps.
