What is covered under the Friedrich Warranty?

Friedrich warranty policy applies to:

  • To the original end-user of the product.
  • It covers defects resulting from improper workmanship and/or materials during the warranty period, provided the product is used under normal conditions.
  • Friedrich, at its discretion, will either repair or replace any defective part at no cost for the part.
  • Replaced parts are covered for the remaining time of the original warranty period.

What is NOT covered under the Friedrich Warranty?

Genie warranty does not apply to:

  • For damages caused by accident, abuse, negligence, or misuse.
  • It does not cover products operated in a corrosive atmosphere containing harmful chemicals like chlorine, fluorine, or similar substances.
  • The warranty is void if the product has been modified, altered, or poorly serviced, or if it’s improperly matched or applied.
  • Damages caused by lightning, electrical fluctuations, operation during construction, or other Acts of God are excluded.
