What is covered under the ILVE USA Warranty?

The warranty applies to brand-new appliances sold to the original owner through authorized distributors, retailers, dealers, or ILVE service centers in the United States and Canada. These warranties are non-transferable. Initial repair attempts for eligible products will be made by ILVE USA, and replacement with new products from ILVE USA will only occur if local repair services are unable to fix the eligible items. When an eligible product needs replacement, the manufacturer will be contacted to initiate the replacement process, which may take up to 30 days for approval. In cases where eligible products are installed in remote areas without access to a certified technician, customers are responsible for delivery expenses to the nearest authorized service center or for the costs of a certified technician's travel. If customers opt to install eligible products themselves, they must follow the provided instructions, and any service required to rectify issues resulting from a customer's failure to follow these instructions will be solely the customer's financial responsibility.

  • 30-day warranty on cosmetic defects

  • 30-day warranty on replacement of glass components and light bulbs

  • 90-day warranty on gaskets

What is NOT covered under the ILVE USA Warranty?

The warranty coverage excludes the following situations and conditions: repair services to correct damages performed by an unauthorized agency or using unauthorized parts; defects or damage caused by improper storage or transport; service calls related to connecting, converting, or repairing electrical wiring and gas lines for proper product use; replacement of components subject to wear and tear; defects and damage that occur during the transportation of the product to the owner's home by the dealer or retailer; defects and damage resulting from external forces beyond ILVE's control, such as fire, flood, earthquakes, and other acts of nature; accidental or intentional damage; the use of improper pans, containers, or accessories causing damage to the product; failures caused by unauthorized service, grease or material buildup due to improper cleaning or maintenance, and connection to an improper gas or power supply. The warranty will be void if the product is used for commercial, rental, or lease purposes; if the serial plate is defaced; if the product is altered by the user; or if the product is not installed or used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
