What is covered under the Fluidmaster Warranty?

Fluidmaster warrants its plumbing products to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship during normal residential use for the applicable warranty period.

  • If a defect is confirmed, Fluidmaster will repair or replace the product at its discretion with a new or equivalent item.
  • Warranty coverage applies only when products are installed and used according to Fluidmaster’s installation instructions and local plumbing codes.

What is NOT covered under the Fluidmaster Warranty?

Damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, abuse, neglect, freezing, excessive water pressure, or chemical exposure is not covered.

  • Normal wear and tear, rubber component degradation over time, or mineral buildup due to hard water conditions are excluded.
  • Products that have been altered, modified, or repaired by unauthorized individuals are not eligible for warranty service.
