Step 1:

  • If you contact customer service using the provided form, representatives typically respond within two to three days. For warranty claims or other queries, you can expect reliable assistance and solid support without hesitation.

  • Your name, email, and phone number should be filled in, and a maximum of 10 files are allowed to be uploaded without exceeding 25 Mb. The files should be in jpg, jpeg, tif, tiff, png, pdf formats.

  • When tracking your orders, you must have your email and order number that was sent through the order confirmation email when you ordered the products.

Step 2:

  • You can return items purchased on or after October 27, 2023, until January 24, 2024, using the standard return policies. Nearby brand store is the recommended place to bring your products from there your product is returned to the storeroom for processing.

  • When a refund is issued, it will be in the same form as the original payment. A full refund can be paid for the value of the purchased item only if the items remain new with authentic tags.

  • After the products reach the warehouse, the refunds will be processed in 5 to 7 days and items bought other than official website must be sent to the place where you actually received them.

  • The customer support center is where you can find information on a variety of topics, including product care, shipping and delivery, FAQs about the general and PRO program, product servicing, and product manuals.

  • The general FAQ section contains a wealth of information and answers to help you gain a better understanding of the company's procedures and clarify any uncertainties you may have.

  • During the warranty process, Arc'teryx may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the 1, 2, or 3-year limited warranty period.

What is covered under the Arc'teryx Warranty?

Arc’teryx warranty policy applies to:

  • Arc’teryx products are warranted against material and workmanship defects for a specified period, depending on the product.
  • Warranty applies to the original purchaser with valid proof of purchase from an authorized Arc’teryx dealer.
  • Covers damages arising from normal individual use.

What is NOT covered under the Arc'teryx Warranty?

Arc’teryx warranty does not apply to:

  • Damages caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, negligence, rips, cuts, tears, burns, abrasions, or normal wear and tear.
  • Cosmetic damage, including minor scratches, surface deformations, discoloration, or natural fading of colors.
  • Unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs conducted outside of Arc’teryx customer service.
  • Products with removed or defaced holograms, date codes, or tags, or those purchased from unauthorized dealers or as counterfeit items.
  • Items bought "used" (except through Arc’teryx used gear programs) or sold "as-is" or "without warranty."
  • Damages occurring after the warranty period has expired.
