3 Simple Steps for Arc'teryx Warranty Claim:

Step 1:

  • The representatives of customer service take two to three days to respond to your queries in the event you contact them through the provided form and you can look forward to solid backup from them without any hesitation.

  • Your name, email, and phone number should be filled in, and a maximum of 10 files are allowed to be uploaded without exceeding 25 Mb. The files should be in jpg, jpeg, tif, tiff, png, pdf formats.

  • When tracking your orders, you must have your email and order number that was sent through the order confirmation email when you ordered the products.

Step 2:

  • You can return items purchased on or after October 27, 2023, until January 24, 2024, using the standard return policies. Nearby brand store is the recommended place to bring your products from there your product is returned to the storeroom for processing.

  • When a refund is issued, it will be in the same form as the original payment. A full refund can be paid for the value of the purchased item only if the items remain new with authentic tags.

  • After the products reach the warehouse, the refunds will be processed in 5 to 7 days and items bought other than official website must be sent to the place where you actually received them.

Step 3:

  • The customer support center is where you can find information on a variety of topics, including product care, shipping and delivery, FAQs about the general and PRO program, product servicing, and product manuals.

  • The general FAQ section contains a wealth of information and answers to help you gain a better understanding of the company's procedures and clarify any uncertainties you may have.

  • During the warranty process, Arc'teryx may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the warranty period.
