Visit the official Fantech website and navigate to the Product Registration to register your product. Registration helps keep your product details on file and may speed up warranty support.
Keep a copy of your bill of sale or proof of purchase available. This document is required to verify the purchase date and confirm warranty eligibility.
Ensure that the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the carton when returning the product. All returns must be shipped prepaid according to the instructions provided by the support team.

All returned items are inspected to verify the reported defect. Repair or replacement will be approved only after the inspection confirms that the issue is covered under warranty.

If a replacement unit is issued before inspection, it may be invoiced initially. Credit will be issued only after the returned product is inspected and the defect is confirmed.
