3 Simple Steps for EVGA Warranty Claim:

Step 1:

  • You must have the serial number when you do the registration, which is visible on the product and box, and it can be received through the location and date you made the purchase. Just below that, virtual instructions to find the serial number using the images are provided.

  • The procedure of registration would be easy if you already have an account. The information such as personal, residential, email, username, and password has to be provided to own an account.

  • The customer service department has the authority to send the RMA number and shipping instructions to your email. You can return the defective products following the return instructions provided by EVGA.

Step 2:

  • For a better understanding of RMA terms and conditions, you need to contact the customer service team. They will guide you on how the defective product should be shipped to the manufacturer, which is EVGA.

  • The email sent to you has a clear explanation of the address, packing instructions, and shipping information. Please note that you will receive the email once the RMA request made by you is approved.

  • The damaged products and the products that do not adhere to the applicable limited warranty terms cannot be returned. The sent products will be returned to the customers again, and a service charge may have to be paid by them.

Step 3:

  • The customer support team provides you with two options to reach them: email or phone. A couple of details need to be filled out in the provided form that contains name, email address, subject, serial number, and so on.

  • The specified limited warranty terms apply to products purchased on or after May 25, 2018, within the regions encompassing the Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada.

  • During the warranty process, EVGA may provide one of the following solutions: a warranty replacement or warranty service during the warranty period. The limited warranty periods are 90 days, 1 year, 2 years, 3 years, or 5 years.

What is NOT covered under the EVGA Warranty?

The limited warranty does not apply to products that undergo modification beyond factory specifications or deviate from factory condition. This includes products with alterations to the serial number or factory identification labels, whether removed, relocated, falsified, defaced, damaged, altered, or made illegible. Damages to the Printed Circuit Board (PCB), such as cutting, scratching, warping, bending, cracking, denting, or breaking, are excluded from warranty coverage. Additionally, any damages to product components, hardware, or assembly resulting from neglect, abuse, accidents, misuse, or unusual physical, electrical, or electromechanical stress (including continuous use for blockchain processing, cryptocurrency mining, or similar purposes) are not covered. Missing hardware, components, or assemblies, as well as cosmetic damages deemed beyond reasonable usage, caused by deep scratches, cuts, cracks, dents, discoloration, neglect, dropping, or mishandling, are also excluded. Products exposed to liquid, excessive humidity, rust, moisture, dampness, stains, corrosion, liquid spills on components, hardware, or electronics, burns or component flare-ups from a liquid accident or spill, direct usage of paint, submersion of the graphic card in oil, use of adhesives or glues on any part of the product, usage of solder to the PCB, electronics, or component modification, exposure to cigarette tar residue, dampness, sand, dirt, or excessive debris, as well as products rendered non-functional due to accidents, collisions, excessive force, neglect for care, exposure to fire or abnormal heat, flooding, dirt, windstorms, lightning, earthquakes, extreme weather conditions, acts of God, theft, blown fuses, improper use of any electrical source, or overloaded electrical circuits, are not covered. Defects or damages resulting from the use of third-party products in conjunction or connection with accessories, products, software, or secondary peripheral equipment not furnished for or approved by EVGA for use with the product are excluded. The warranty also does not cover defects or damages resulting from improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, or adjustment not furnished or approved by EVGA. Damages occurring during transit due to inadequate shipment packaging or the use of inadequate packing material by the Original Purchaser's or Second-Hand Purchaser's shipping courier are not covered. Any unauthorized changes to the BIOS or Firmware on products without a Multiple BIOS option may void the warranty. Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or dealers, including online marketplaces such as eBay (except for EVGA's official eBay store), Amazon (except for EVGA's official Amazon Marketplace store), and other online auction and/or marketplace websites, are also not covered by this warranty.
