Everdure advises you to return the products in their original condition without exceeding 14 days of receiving your order. The returned items must have all packaging and documents, attached tags, and be in their original box or case.
The refund will be declined for items returned in a not-good condition, and the responsibility is yours when the items are lost during transportation. They tend to process your return within 5 working days of receiving them.
Upon requesting the RA number through the provided email, they will send it to you. It's crucial to note that returns cannot be accepted without the RA number.

The warranty encompasses the cost-free rectification of any faults arising from defective materials, components, or faulty workmanship. Everdure by Heston Blumenthal reserves the right to repair or replace the product or defective material. However, all expenses related to installation, removal, cartage, freight, traveling, and insurance must be covered by the claimant. The warranty is applicable when the product is used for single-family domestic household purposes. During the warranty period, Everdure by Heston Blumenthal or its authorized service center will repair the barbecue at no cost, provided the barbecue is delivered to and picked up from Everdure by Heston Blumenthal or its authorized service center.
The warranty does not extend to defects or failures resulting from the product's incorrect assembly or usage contrary to the instructions provided in the installation manual accompanying the product, normal wear, and tear, infestation by insects or vermin, unauthorized repairs, or the use of non-genuine parts. It also excludes damage such as scratches incurred during delivery, installation, or assembly. Claims related to surface coatings of the product due to accidental damage, improper maintenance, or lack of maintenance are not covered. Additionally, any damage resulting from the use of cleaning products not recommended by Everdure by Heston Blumenthal is not included in the warranty.
