3 Simple Steps for Eureka Warranty Claim:

Step 1:

  • Give your name, phone number, Email, address, state, zip code, model and serial number, and purchase date to get registered in the registration form.

  • Furthermore, the registration steps will help you get improved service and notification about any product updates you may have.

  • Your warranty rights will not be diminished if you have failed to complete and submit the form duly. Eureka has selected Encompass as the exclusive supplier of parts and accessories for your product.

Step 2:

  • A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number is needed for all returns, which is available on the official website. For further assistance, kindly pick up your phone and call them. Its validity is for fifteen days.

  • Every return must undergo inspection and approval before any credit is granted. Returns that do not meet the approval criteria will be returned to the customers at their own cost.

  • Refunds are not applicable to special order items, shipping, and handling costs. Please include the original invoices along with the RMA number inside the package.

Step 3:

  • If you want your questions or issues to be resolved, the customer team is ready to back you up. You will be able to speak to them over the phone or email, and they are also available on social media.

  • Utilize their Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) page to promptly find solutions to your issues with the products.

  • During the warranty process, Eureka may provide you with one of the following solutions: a warranty replacement or warranty service during the warranty period. The warranty period can be 2, 3, or 5 years, depending on the model.

What is covered under the Eureka Warranty?

Eureka provides a warranty that ensures their products are free from defects in material and workmanship starting from the original purchase date. This warranty applies when the products are used in accordance with Eureka's operating and maintenance instructions and under standard household usage. It's important to note that this warranty is exclusively granted to the original purchaser and members of the immediate household. Additionally, it is applicable only to products purchased from authorized Eureka resellers. Under this warranty, Eureka has the option to either repair or replace a defective vacuum or vacuum part. Repairs may involve the use of new or refurbished parts that meet or exceed quality standards. In the case of a replacement, it might be a reconditioned unit. Eureka reserves the right to provide a replacement product that is either the same, similar, or an equivalent substitute, depending on product availability. However, as a matter of warranty policy, Eureka does not offer refunds for the consumer's purchase price.

  • 2-year limited warranty on Innova Cordless Stick vacuums

  • 3-year limited warranty on NEN170 Bagged Canister, Flash vacuums

  • 5-year limited warranty on Innova Upright vacuums

What is NOT covered under the Eureka Warranty?

The warranty scheme does not apply to normal wear and tear of the vacuum and its parts, including components like light bulbs, brush rolls, bristles, impellers, and cleaning materials that typically require replacement during standard usage. Damages or malfunctions resulting from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, abuse, negligence, failure to follow the instructions provided with the product, deterioration due to excessive moisture, corrosive atmospheres, lightning strikes, power surges, incorrect voltage supply connections, unauthorized alterations, and external factors such as extreme temperature and humidity variations, modifications, scratches, discoloration, accidents, misuse, or natural disasters are not covered by this warranty. Additionally, any damage resulting from repair or attempted repair by anyone other than Eureka or an authorized Eureka Warranty Station is not included in this warranty. This warranty is also not applicable to products that have been altered or have had their serial numbers defaced, modified, or removed. It's essential to note that altering, erasing, or forging any proof of purchase documents will void any applicable product warranty.
