  • Your warranty rights will not be diminished if you have failed to complete and submit the form duly. 

  • Eureka has selected encompass as the exclusive supplier of parts and accessories for your product.

Step 2:

  • A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number is needed for all returns, which is available on the official website.

  • For further assistance, kindly pick up your phone and call them. Its validity is for fifteen days.

  • Every return must undergo inspection and approval before any credit is granted.

  • Returns that do not meet the approval criteria will be returned to the customers at their own cost.

  • Refunds are not applicable to special order items, shipping, and handling costs. Please include the original invoices along with the RMA number inside the package.
