Step 1:

  • Any kind of warranty claim is processed by Eufy, with whom you will have to provide the proof of purchase, serial number, or visual representation showing the defect, and send the products to the company for inspection of their quality.

  • The proof of purchase means the order number from online purchases made through Eufy or Eufy’s authorized resellers, sales invoice, and dated sales receipt provided by an authorized Eufy reseller which must have an illustration of the product with its price.

  • The expiry time period of the warranty claim for the product defects is ninety days after the warranty claim is opened. Also, you are unable to claim the warranty once the original warranty period ends.

Step 2:

  • Except for corporate purchases/bulk orders, all non-damaged products are permitted to be returned within thirty days from the purchase date. The refund will be credited after the returned products enter the warehouse to be checked.

  • All accessories have to be included in the original packaging, and shipping costs should be paid by the consumers. The return packages that do not comply with the return policy will be rejected.

Step 3:

  • The products purchased from a third party have non-identical return and warranty terms. The return policy changes according to the country of purchase because of different legal requirements and other considerations.

What is covered under the Eufy Warranty?

The comprehensive warranty of Eufy covers all quality-related defects on products sold directly by Eufy or its authorized resellers, commencing from the date of purchase. However, Eufy's limited warranty applies solely to the country of purchase.

What is NOT covered under the Eufy Warranty?

The warranty excludes coverage for products lacking adequate proof of purchase, lost or stolen items, products that have surpassed their warranty period, issues unrelated to quality, free products, repairs conducted by third parties, damage from external sources, misuse of products, and purchases from unauthorized sources.
