  • Any product of Dahua Technology is eligible for the claim within the warranty period. Since the company produces a variety of products. You can check the warranty period of each product on their description or on their warranty details page.

  • You will have to initiate RMA -Return Merchandise Authorization for this purpose. You will have to get in touch with authorized dealers who will help you log in to the portal for the application.

Step 2:

  • Once logged in to the portal with the login ID, password, and verification code, You can start the claim process with a valid proof of purchase like the bill of sale from an authorized dealer along with shipping documents.

  • The distributors will carefully evaluate your product and intimate Dahua about the eligibility of your product to the claim.

  • Please note that the limited warranty is specific to the distributor and is non-transferable. Any attempts to transfer will automatically void the warranty. Dahua also holds the right to cancel the RMA at any time with or without notice if the claim is found to be ethical.

What is covered under the Dahua Technology Warranty?

In the claim, Dahua with its own discretion will repair the defective product with refurbished parts or go for providing another product in the same model if the product faces serious issues. All products that have damage or defect in their workmanship and materials can be sent to claim when properly handled with care within the defined warranty period. The warranty period always begins on the day of shipment to the customer from an authorized dealer. If chosen, All Star Warranty Period will apply only in lieu of the Standard Warranty Period. Specific project-based Dahua products that were dispatched on or after January 1, 2022, are covered by a cost-free 5-year warranty in CEE&Nordic Region.

  • 2-year standard repair warranty on power supply, LPR

  • 3-year standard repair warranty on recorder, HDD drives, switches

What is NOT covered under the Dahua Technology Warranty?

Dahua Technology’s limited warranty does not cover the products that have altered, removed or defaced the original product trademark, serial & model number; modified or altered without the knowledge of Dahua; products that are not used as per directions; subjected to faulty repair from other sources; improper usage of the product; no proper care and maintenance; damaged due to natural forces and electrical issue at your place.
