Any product of Dahua Technology is eligible for the claim within the warranty period. Since the company produces a variety of products. You can check the warranty period of each product on their description or on their warranty details page.
You will have to initiate RMA -Return Merchandise Authorization for this purpose. You will have to get in touch with authorized dealers who will help you log in to the portal for the application.
Once logged in to the portal with the login ID, password and verification code, You can start the claim process with a valid proof of purchase like the bill of sale from an authorized dealer along with shipping documents.

Specific project-based Dahua products that were dispatched on or after January 1, 2022, are covered by a cost-free 5-year warranty in CEE&Nordic Region.
