Step 1:

  • To receive warranty service, the distributor must furnish Dahua with a valid bill of sale or receipt confirming the sale to the dealer, along with shipping documentation or records verifying the shipment date to the dealer.

  • Any product of Dahua Technology is eligible for the claim within the warranty period. 

  • You will have to initiate RMA -Return Merchandise Authorization for this purpose.

  • You will have to get in touch with authorized dealers who will help you log in to the portal for the application.

Step 2:

  • The distributors will carefully evaluate your product and intimate Dahua about the eligibility of your product to the claim.

  • Please note that the limited warranty is specific to the distributor and is non-transferable. Any attempts to transfer will automatically void the warranty.

  • Dahua also holds the right to cancel the RMA at any time with or without notice if the claim is found to be ethical.

  • Dahua Technology has a diverse support team who can help you out with any kind of issue you face with their products including RMA activities.

  • Their website provides you with separate pages for training, videos, cybersecurity, and download centers to gain knowledge about their products and use them efficiently.

Dahua Technology Warranty Period:

  • Dahua Technology provides a 1-year warranty on monitors and Thermal Temperature Monitoring Solutions, including the JQ-D70Z blackbody

  • Dahua Technology offers a 2-year standard repair warranty on power supplies and LPR products, a 3-year warranty on recorders, HDD drives, and switches
