The limited warranty applies to any Cree product that has a technical defect or material failure within the defined warranty period. Only an authorized seller can transfer the warranty rights to the consumer and make the product eligible for the claim. All mechanical and LED components are always included in the claim. The determination of the defect in the product will always be done by the seller at the sole discretion of Cree’s guidelines.
