  • The 'My Cart' feature provides on-screen confirmation of the purchased items after the nominated email address stored in 'My Account' receives an order receipt confirmation email during the checkout review stage.

Step 2:

  • The manufacturer will not incur any charges related to the return of the products for warranty claims or anything else and will not be accountable for goods damaged during transportation. Products that are not in suitable condition will not be accepted.

  • If you have faced any major failures or any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage, you are qualified to claim a refund or replacement. Repair or replacement is provided for the products that are below the standard quality or subject to minor failure.
