The warranty coverage specifically addresses defects in workmanship. If, during the warranty period, the product is found to be defective, ATOMOS has the discretion to either replace the goods with equivalent ones, repair the goods, cover the cost of replacing the goods or acquiring equivalent ones, and cover the cost of having the goods repaired. The customer is required to inform ATOMOS in writing about any defects in the goods before the expiration of the specified warranty periods. It is important to note that this warranty is designed exclusively for the benefit of the original purchaser and is neither assignable nor transferable. In the case of repairs, all products must be sent to an authorized distributor, repair center, or agent designated by ATOMOS.
