The warranty does not cover normal "wear and tear" or damage resulting from neglect, unauthorized alterations or repairs, power surges/lightning strikes, water damage, ice retention/performance issues, or failure to follow recommended care and use instructions. Power cords and fuses are also not covered by the warranty. Products used commercially, those that are abused or misused, or those that undergo structural alterations or are subjected to excessive stress beyond the physical limits of the materials are not included in this warranty. Additionally, the warranty does not hold the manufacturer responsible for any consequential or incidental damages resulting from the use of the product.
