This warranty guarantees that the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year. Even in the case of a factory-refurbished Product, the Warranty Period remains one year, regardless of professional installation. If the Product does not meet the conditions outlined in this Limited Warranty during the Warranty Period, Energizer will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace any defective Product or component, provided you can provide proof of purchase using the original documentation. The repair or replacement may involve using a new or refurbished product or components. If the Product or a component within it is no longer available, a product with similar features or functionality will be provided as a replacement. Any Product that has undergone repair or replacement under this Limited Warranty will be covered by the terms of this Limited Warranty for the longer of ninety days from the date of delivery of the repaired Product or the replacement Product, or the remaining Warranty Period. It's important to note that this Limited Warranty is not transferable from the original purchaser to subsequent owners.

The Limited Warranty excludes coverage for Products designated as "sample" or "Not for Sale," or those sold "AS IS." Customers who have utilized unauthorized service providers for maintenance, repair, or any other purposes are ineligible to make warranty claims.
