3 Simple Steps for Ekster Warranty Claim:

Step 1:

  • All problems, but one solution: the customer service team. They are looking for a set of information from you to proceed with the warranty claim. 

  • The form is available where you will have to furnish your name, address, explanation, videos, or images of the issue, and photos of the serial number of the products.

Step 2:

  • You have a time period of 100 days from the date of delivery to make the return of the products. Mostly, Ekster does not charge you for returns; however, it is the opposite in the case of larger items, where a small amount of shipping charges is applicable.

  • The products in saleable condition and unused can be returned in the original packaging to receive the refund amount. The same form indicated above has to be used for return.

Step 3:

  • Ekster provides you with a refund using the original payment method after they receive and verify the product at the warehouse. The refund will not be provided to those who cross the given time frame.

  • Please anticipate a processing time of 5-10 business days for your return to be completed upon its arrival at their warehouse.

  • During the warranty process, Ekster may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the warranty period.

What is NOT covered under the Ekster Warranty?
