Don't be mistaken that the product barcode is the order number that is sent to you through the email for purchase confirmation. The bottom of the store printed receipt would have the receipt number.
The products that stop functioning properly during the warranty period are eligible to have a replacement or refund from the Iron Flask.
In case you have made the purchase from Amazon then please be in touch with them for a refund for the products that got damaged during transportation and it should be highlighted.
The customized Iron Flask products are looked after by the warranty policy of Iron Flask. However, the replacement for them will not be a customized one.
