Step 2:

  • Contact the ATO professional team if you have questions, concerns, or problems with your products, including BLDC motors, VFDs, frequency converters, or load cells, or visit the technical support page for FAQs, troubleshooting, wiring, and calibration guidance. 

  • Describe the issue clearly, including the product model, SKU, order number, and a detailed description of the fault and how the product has been used.

  • Support will assess your claim and advise on the most appropriate resolution: repair, replacement, or further troubleshooting.

Step 3:

  • Follow the instructions provided by the ATO support team on how and where to return the defective product for service at the repair centre.

  • Pack the product securely and include your proof of purchase and a written description of the defect to accompany the shipment.

  • ATO will repair or replace the product using professional, guaranteed repair services; products found to be outside warranty coverage will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
