  • To initiate a warranty claim, it is necessary to contact and begin the process through an authorized Dynaudio dealer. Both the distributor and the dealer are expected to manage the warranty procedure in accordance with the guidelines provided by Dynaudio.

  • The extended warranty is exclusively offered for products sold through authorized dealers within approved countries. Should products be purchased from non-authorized dealers, the warranty coverage will be restricted to the legal minimum warranty period applicable in the respective territory.

Step 2:

  • Dynaudio is proud to announce an enhanced warranty program for Dynaudio Home Systems loudspeakers, offering an extended coverage period of up to 8 years in total (excluding Dynaudio Music products). 

  • To avail of the extended warranty, kindly complete the form provided. Registration must be completed within 12 (twelve) months from the date of purchase to qualify.

  • The warranty can be transferred to a new owner, provided that a copy of the original purchase invoice is submitted to substantiate and authenticate any warranty claim.

What is covered under the Dynaudio Warranty?

Dynaudio offers a warranty for its passive products, ensuring protection against defects in material or workmanship as per the prevailing National Legal Warranty standards in the respective country, starting from the date of purchase by the end customer. If end-customers register their products on the Dynaudio website, the warranty period extends to a total of 96 (ninety-six) months. Similarly, Dynaudio provides a warranty for its active products (e.g., Xeo or SUB woofers), guaranteeing coverage against defects in material or workmanship in accordance with the current National Legal Warranty standards in the given country, beginning from the date of purchase by the end-customer.

What is NOT covered under the Dynaudio Warranty?

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or alterations not authorized by Dynaudio. It also does not extend to goods or parts subjected to experimental use, operation beyond their intended purpose, electrical overload, mechanical damage, or misuse. Additionally, warranty coverage does not apply to units with altered, removed, or obliterated original trademark or serial numbers. Furthermore, wearing parts such as batteries, rubber feet, accessories, and similar products is not included in the warranty or extended warranty coverage.
