  • As there is no product registration in practice, you will have to contact the customer service team to ask for any kind of details. Before attaching the files in JPG, PNG, or PDF format, you should enter a few details such as your name, contact, and physical address.

  • The warranty claim cannot be possible without the following documents: proof of purchase or a certificate of occupancy for new homes, a warranty certificate or equivalent documentation as well as contact details.

Step 2:

  • Their products are accompanied by guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. In the event of a major failure, you have the right to choose between a replacement or refund, and for any other loss or damage, you are entitled to compensation.

  • A repair or replacement is provided when the received product is below the standard quality and there is a minor failure.

Step 3:

  • Caroma will not assume responsibility for any resulting damages or costs if there is insufficient access to the product fittings and fixtures.

  • Your concerns will be addressed by the experienced and knowledgeable customer support team members in a polite manner.

Dorf Warranty Period:

  • 1-year warranty on a replacement product or parts for spare parts

  • 5-year warranty on a replacement product for accessories

  • 20-year warranty on a replacement product for showers and tapware engine and parts

What is covered under the Dorf Warranty?

The extended warranty specifically covers defects arising solely from flawed materials or workmanship in the products. The extended warranty period starts either from the date of purchase or, in the instance of new buildings, from the date of handover, in accordance with the specified duration.

What is NOT covered under the Dorf Warranty?

The extended warranty does not extend to defects that may have arisen due to various factors, including but not limited to accidental damage, abuse, misuse, maltreatment, abnormal stress or strain, adverse weather conditions, such as excessive water pressure or temperature, or neglect of the products. Alterations and repairs to the products by anyone other than accredited and licensed service agents or technicians are not covered. To clarify, the attachment of accessories or the use of non-genuine replacement parts not manufactured or approved by Caroma are also excluded from the extended warranty coverage.
