Verify that the issue is a genuine quality defect and not damage caused by human factors, natural disasters, misuse, abuse, failure to follow product instructions, or unauthorized modifications. These conditions fall outside the scope of the warranty.
Ensure your product is within the 1-year warranty period from the original date of purchase for standard coverage. DOOGEE also offers an optional 2-year warranty that can be purchased separately from the official website.

Keep your order confirmation and original receipt of purchase readily available. These are required when contacting customer service for warranty or repair requests and must be included with any product sent in for repair.
If you wish to extend your coverage beyond the standard 1-year warranty, visit the DOOGEE website to purchase the optional 2-year extended warranty (DOOGEE Insurance) for added protection and peace of mind.
Contact DOOGEE customer service by email before sending any product. The team will respond with repair or return instructions within 24 hours. Do not send your product without first receiving confirmation and a specified repair address from the support team.
Pack your product securely with your order information included inside the package and ship it to the address provided by the customer service team. The customer is responsible for inbound shipping costs; DOOGEE will cover repair costs and return shipping once the repair is completed.
Repair turnaround time is approximately 14 to 45 days. The customer service team will email you once the repair is complete to arrange the return shipment of your product.
