  • Verify that the issue is a genuine quality defect and not damage caused by human factors, natural disasters, misuse, abuse, failure to follow product instructions, or unauthorized modifications these conditions fall outside the scope of the warranty.

  • Ensure your product is within the 1-year warranty period from the original date of purchase for extended coverage. DOOGEE offers an optional 2-year warranty that can be purchased separately from the official website.

Step 2:

  • Visit the DOOGEE website to access the Support Center and review available resources, manuals, and after-sales contact information for your product.
  • Keep your order confirmation and original receipt of purchase readily available. These are required when contacting customer service for warranty or repair requests and must be included with any product sent in for repair.

  • If you wish to extend your coverage beyond the standard 1-year warranty, visit the DOOGEE website to purchase the optional 2-year extended warranty (DOOGEE Insurance) for added protection and peace of mind.

Step 3:

  • Contact DOOGEE customer service by email before sending any product the team will respond with repair or return instructions within 24 hours; do not send your product without first receiving confirmation and a specified repair address from the support team.
  • Pack your product securely with your order information included inside the package and ship it to the address provided by the customer service team the customer is responsible for inbound shipping costs; DOOGEE will cover repair costs and return shipping once the repair is completed.

  • Repair turnaround time is approximately 14 to 45 days the customer service team will email you once the repair is complete to arrange return shipment of your product.

What is covered under the DOOGEE Warranty?

DOOGEE warrants all products purchased on the official website against quality defects for a period of 1 year from the original date of purchase, backed by lifetime technical support.
For products that become defective during the warranty period due to a genuine quality issue and not due to customer misuse or damage DOOGEE will accept a free return, provide free repair service, or issue a new replacement at its discretion. An optional 2-year extended warranty is available for purchase separately.

What is NOT covered under the DOOGEE Warranty?

Damage caused by human factors, natural disasters, or other external reasons including drops, liquid damage, or power surges.

  • Damage resulting from failure to follow product instructions, abuse, misuse, or improper operation.
  • Products that have had any part changed or modified — unauthorized modifications void the warranty entirely.
