Step 2:

  • Once the registration has been completed, you should receive an email or notification confirming receipt of your DJI warranty claim.

  • If DJI has provided additional steps or instructions, it is important to adhere to them. These may include contact with DJI customer support, or additional documentation may be required.

  • For the most accurate and current information regarding the warranty registration and claims associated with your DJI product, it is recommended to contact DJI customer support directly.

  • During the warranty process, DJI may offer you one of the following solutions: a warranty replacement or warranty service. The warranty period typically ranges from 3 months to 1 year for all products.

Step 3:

  • If you do not already have an account, create a new one by clicking on the Sign-Up or Register button, providing the necessary information, and creating a username and password.

  • Once the account has been created, you can log in using the username and password provided.

  • The warranty information can be found in the "Warranty Information" section of the website, typically located under the Support or Services tabs.

DJI Warranty Period:

  • DJI warranty begins 90 days after the shipping date, with each drone component covered by a warranty period ranging from 3 months to 1 year
