What is covered under the DJI Warranty?

Under the DJI warranty, DJI products are covered for any manufacturing defects or malfunctions that may occur during the warranty period. The warranty covers the repair or replacement of eligible products for as long as they remain in use. The warranty is designed to ensure that the DJI products are in good working condition. It does not provide coverage for damages resulting from accidents, improper use of the DJI product, or modifications made without authorization by DJI. The DJI warranty does not guarantee the validity of claims and may impose fees for repairs that are not covered by the warranty.

  • The warranty period will start from 90 days after the shipping date.

  • Each drone’s component has its warranty period, ranging from 3 months to 1 year.

What is NOT covered under the DJI Warranty?

Accidents, misuse, and improper maintenance are excluded from the scope of the DJI warranty. Unauthorised repairs or modifications are also excluded from the scope. The warranty does not include standard wear and tear or cosmetic damage, nor does it cover the loss of a product. Water or other liquids damage is not included, nor is damage caused by extreme environmental conditions.
