3 Simple Steps for DCS Appliances Warranty Claim:

Step 1:

  • Your DCS appliances need to be registered to claim the warranty. While registering the appliances you should have the code of the product and serial numbers. When you have no knowledge about the location of the code and serial number you can find them on the top of the registration form.

  • You are required to furnish a comprehensive set of information including your personal details, current residential address, as well as detailed data regarding your purchase and the product.

Step 2:

  • Each DCS appliance has its own separate warranty policy, and the service and warranty guide, as well as the user manual, provide detailed information about this.

  • The warranty policy allows claims for repair or replacement of defective parts or products in the United States and Canada. Fisher & Paykel Appliances Inc. or its Authorized Service Agent will be responsible for providing all warranty-related services during their standard business hours.

  • In order to have your product serviced under warranty, it is necessary to present verifiable proof of the date of purchase. This documentation serves as a crucial requirement for warranty service validation.

Step 3:

  • To enhance your efficiency, their customer support team has proactively addressed the questions most frequently posed by our customers.

Additionally, wear and tear, including surface corrosion and discoloration of parts, are excluded from the warranty. The warranty also does not cover the cost of repairs conducted by non-authorized repairers or the expenses related to correcting such unauthorized repairs. Moreover, it does not cover the costs of repairing or replacing other property damaged by a defective product or any additional expenses incurred due to a defective product.
