3 Simple Steps for DCS Appliances Warranty Claim:

Step 1:

  • Your DCS appliances need to be registered to claim the warranty. While registering the appliances you should have the code of the product and serial numbers. When you have no knowledge about the location of the code and serial number you can find them on the top of the registration form.

  • You are required to furnish a comprehensive set of information including your personal details, current residential address, as well as detailed data regarding your purchase and the product.

Step 2:

  • Each DCS appliance has its own separate warranty policy, and the service and warranty guide, as well as the user manual, provide detailed information about this.

  • The warranty policy allows claims for repair or replacement of defective parts or products in the United States and Canada. Fisher & Paykel Appliances Inc. or its Authorized Service Agent will be responsible for providing all warranty-related services during their standard business hours.

  • In order to have your product serviced under warranty, it is necessary to present verifiable proof of the date of purchase. This documentation serves as a crucial requirement for warranty service validation.

Step 3:

  • To enhance your efficiency, their customer support team has proactively addressed the questions most frequently posed by our customers.

Alternatively, they may offer a full refund of the product's purchase price, excluding any associated installation or additional charges. This warranty assures customers of a reliable and satisfactory experience with DCS Appliances' products in both the USA and Canada. The warranty applies to the initial purchaser as well as any subsequent owners of DCS by Fisher & Paykel outdoor products, as long as they are acquired for regular use in a single-family home setting. The warranty duration begins on the date of purchase by the initial owner.

What is NOT covered under the DCS Appliances Warranty?

DCS Appliances' warranty comes with specific exclusions and conditions. It does not cover products intended for commercial use. Service calls unrelated to any product defects will incur a service call charge. Product defects resulting from factors other than normal domestic use, such as misuse, accidents, neglect, fire, floods, or Acts of God, are not covered. Additionally, wear and tear, including surface corrosion and discoloration of parts, are excluded from the warranty. The warranty also does not cover the cost of repairs conducted by non-authorized repairers or the expenses related to correcting such unauthorized repairs. Moreover, it does not cover the costs of repairing or replacing other property damaged by a defective product or any additional expenses incurred due to a defective product. Transportation or travel costs associated with repairs outside the authorized customer service center's normal service area are not included. Finally, the warranty does not cover normal recommended maintenance as outlined in the product's user guide.

About DCS Appliances

DCS wholeheartedly embraces the outdoor way of life. Originating in Surf City, Huntington Beach, California, this legacy swiftly gained popularity throughout North America. Drawing inspiration from the outdoor lifestyle, the sizzling sounds, the smoky aromas, and the joy of gathering with friends and family, DCS embodies the rich tradition of the great outdoors. The dream of designing a top-tier outdoor entertainment experience became a reality in 1989 when DCS introduced the world to the Premium Outdoor Grill, as it is known today.
