Step 1:

  • Locate the unique Serial Number stamped on the underside of the bottom bracket shell; this identifier is mandatory for registration and all future service claims.

  • Visit the Bike Registration portal on the official Diamondback website to link your bicycle to your account; registration is a critical prerequisite for accessing full warranty benefits.

  • Secure a digital copy of your original sales receipt from an authorized retailer, as the hardware guarantee is valid only for the original retail purchaser and requires a legitimate proof of purchase.

  • Confirm that the frame, fork, and components are in their original configuration; any unauthorized modification, alteration, or repainting will void the warranty in its entirety.

Step 2:

  • For bikes purchased through a local shop, take your clean product and proof of purchase to an Authorized Diamondback Retailer for an initial physical diagnostic.

  • For bikes purchased directly online, access the Diamondback Support Center to open a digital ticket; you will need to provide clear photos of the serial number and the specific area of concern.

  • Rule out external factors by ensuring the bike has been maintained according to official standards, as the guarantee does not cover damage from accidents, neglect, or improper assembly.

Step 3:

  • If a defect is confirmed by the technical team, Diamondback will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective part or frame with a similar available model.

  • Coordinate with the support representative regarding the resolution; the original owner is responsible for all labor and shipping charges associated with the warranty service.

  • For damage not covered by the standard policy, ask about Diamondback’s Crash Replacement options, which may provide discounted pricing on replacement frames for original owners.

Diamondback Bicycles Warranty Period:

  • Lifetime warranty on rigid bike frames (for original retail purchasers), five years on full suspension front triangles, and 1‑year coverage on most forks and branded components.
