  • During the warranty process, Denon may offer you one of the following solutions: a warranty replacement or warranty service. The warranty period is usually 1 year, 2 years, 3 years, or 5 years.

Step 2:

  • If you need to send or take your device to a service, check with your nearest DENON authorized station.

  • It is your responsibility to arrange for the transportation of your unit. While you are required to cover the initial shipping charges, if the repairs fall under warranty, they will handle the return shipping costs.

  • When sending your unit in for warranty service, make sure to include a copy of the original sales receipt.

Step 3:

  • Register your Denon product to confirm ownership by signing up or logging in with an existing account.

  • Provide the necessary information, including the product name, serial number, purchase date, description, and more, to complete the product registration process successfully.

Denon Warranty Period:

  • Denon offers a 1-year limited warranty on models such as AH, DSB, DNP, RCD, DRA-N, DCD, DCM, DBP, and DBT

  • Denon provides a 2-year limited warranty on D/A converters, portable USB-DAC/headphone amplifiers, A/V receivers, and AM/FM receivers

  • Denon speakers come with a 5-year limited warranty
