Step 2:

  • If you need to send or take your device to a service, check with your nearest DENON authorized station.

  • It is your responsibility to arrange for the transportation of your unit. While you are required to cover the initial shipping charges, if the repairs fall under warranty, they will handle the return shipping costs. When sending your unit in for warranty service, make sure to include a copy of the original sales receipt

  • Ensure that you provide the following information: a description of the issue, the product's serial and model numbers, your daytime contact number, address, and your name.

Step 3:

  • Contact Denon customer support or warranty service, and provide the required information.

  • Follow the instructions and send the defective product to the designated service center.

  • Keep track of the shipment and receive the repairs or replacement if applicable.

  • During the warranty process, Denon may offer you one of the following solutions: a warranty replacement or warranty service. The warranty period is usually 1 year, 2 years, 3 years, or 5 years.

What is NOT covered under the Denon Warranty?

The serial number of any modified, defaced, or damaged product shall be affixed to the which of the remote controller, cables, speaker stand, and cartridge from an authorised Denon dealer. The serial number shall remain on the product for a period of 90 days. The damaged deterrance and malfunction of the product shall be the result of any accidental, misused, abused, neglected, or unauthorized product repair.
