3 Simple Steps for CDA Appliances Warranty Claim:

Step 1:

  • You can't get your registration done unless you have the serial number, which is found on the rating plate of the appliances. The registration process has four levels that need to be completed.

  • In the first level, information regarding your product has to be provided, followed by choosing the protection level, entering personal details, and confirming the information.

  • Upon registration, you will receive crucial appliance and safety updates. Expert CDA engineers will handle the repair of your products within the guarantee period. Additionally, by registering, you have the option to acquire additional protection, including accidental damage cover, without incurring any call-out fees.

Step 2:

  • Registering your appliances within 60 days from the purchase date will extend your warranty period which means 5 years and 2 years for parts and labour respectively.

  • The original product's warranty will persist and cover the replacement product; a new warranty will not be issued for the replacement item. The right to repair your appliance lies entirely with CDA Appliances.

Step 3:

  • The phone, email, and E-shop options are available to contact the customer support team. Through the E-shop, you can buy spare parts for your appliances. The majority of the subjects, such as ordering or pricing the parts, booking an engineer, common inquiries, and product registration, have been covered.

  • You need to provide your name, mobile number, email, and inquiry in the form, which is for making a general inquiry. They have provided separate contact numbers for customer care and spare parts departments.

  • During the warranty process, CDA Appliances may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the warranty period.

What is covered under the CDA Appliances Warranty?

The warranty for your newly acquired CDA appliance provides coverage against electrical and mechanical issues stemming from faulty materials, components, or manufacturing defects. The warranty is applicable to products used under normal domestic conditions in residential addresses. Different warranties are in place for communal living and semi-commercial applications. It's important to note that this coverage specifically pertains to electrical appliances, as separate warranties exist for sinks and taps. The warranty encompasses repairs required due to defective materials, components, or manufacturing defects, as well as the provision of functional mechanical/electrical replacement parts necessary for the product's repair. All costs associated with dispatching a CDA-approved engineer to conduct the repair are covered by the warranty policy.

  • 24-month standard warranty

What is NOT covered under the CDA Appliances Warranty?

The warranty does not extend to cover damage incurred during transit or delivery, nor does it encompass damage or faults arising from adverse weather conditions. cosmetic issues, including dents or scratches, are also excluded from coverage, along with the reversal of doors or door handles. Additionally, the warranty does not cover the repair or replacement of cosmetic or consumable items such as bulbs, plugs, fuses, cables, filters, attachments, control knobs, flaps, container lids, handles, glass and wire shelves, rubber hoses, plastic door shelves, and accessories like oven baking trays, grill pans, and shelves. Any glass components, parts showing wear, discoloration, or damage through use, as well as damage resulting from incorrect use or cleaning, are not covered. Unauthorized attempts at appliance modification or repair, faults arising from inadequate cleaning (e.g., dirt, mold, grease, spillages, odors, blocked gas jets), and blockages in washing machines, dishwasher pumps, or filters are excluded from warranty coverage. Scratches and chips on hob surfaces due to inappropriate use of cooking utensils, noise, vibration, or steam resulting from appliance operation, and repairs needed as a direct or indirect result of accidental damage, misuse, abuse, attempted repairs by unauthorized individuals, or installation/use not meeting specified requirements in the warranty or product instruction manual are also not covered. Moreover, CDA is not responsible for replacing other non-defective products to achieve a visual match, nor for associated costs incurred in achieving aesthetic harmony between appliances when exchanging or replacing a product results in an aesthetic mismatch with existing fitted products.
