Step 2:

  • Product registration is not required with Cyber Acoustics; your warranty is automatically active from the original date of purchase for one full year.

  • Simply retain your original proof of purchase in a safe place for the duration of the warranty period, as this is the only documentation needed to support a warranty claim.

Step 3:

  • Visit the Cyber Acoustics website and go to the Support section to submit a warranty claim. Separate warranty forms are available for headsets, 2.1 speaker systems, and other product categories, depending on your product type.

  • Provide your full name, contact information, product model, a description of the defect, and your proof of purchase. The US-based customer service team will review your claim and advise you on the next steps.

  • If your claim is approved, Cyber Acoustics will, at its discretion, repair or replace your product with a new or reconditioned unit. If the product has been discontinued, it may be replaced with a product of equal value.

What is covered under the Cyber Acoustics Warranty?

Cyber Acoustics warrants all products to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one year from the original purchase date. Proof of purchase is required; product registration is not. At its option, Cyber Acoustics will repair or replace the defective product with a new or reconditioned unit.
