Confirm that your product is an earphone or cable within the 2-year warranty period. Accessories such as carrying cases and ear tips are not covered by the warranty.
Ensure your product has not been subjected to drops on hard surfaces, liquid submersion, or general abuse, as physical damage is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

Complete the product registration form with your product model, serial number, and date of purchase to place your warranty on record.
Registering your product ensures your purchase details are on file and helps expedite future warranty or service requests.

Contact Campfire Audio support with your full name, contact information, product model, and a brief description of the issue. Typical response times are within 24-48 hours.
If your product was purchased from an authorized Campfire Audio retailer, contact the retailer first regarding warranty, service, or return requests. If the retailer is unable or unwilling to assist, contact Campfire Audio directly.
Once your claim is approved, you will receive instructions for returning your product. Pack it securely and ship it insured with tracking, as Campfire Audio is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Campfire Audio will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced product back to you. Note that repaired or replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days, whichever is greater.
All Campfire Audio earphones and cables are covered by a 2-year limited manufacturer's warranty from the date of original retail purchase. Accessories including carrying cases and ear tips are not covered by the warranty
