Confirm your product was purchased from an authorized CAD Audio dealer, as the warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser from an authorized source.
Locate your dated sales receipt, as a copy of proof of purchase is required for all warranty repair claims. Claims cannot be processed without it.
Identify your product model and check the warranty period applicable to your specific model. CAD Audio warranty periods at CAD Audio vary from 1 year to a limited lifetime, depending on the product.
Ensure your product has not been subjected to abuse or misuse, as products damaged beyond normal use will be assessed out-of-warranty minimum service fees.
Visit CAD Audio's website or use the support form at cad audio support-form to reach the CAD Audio service and technical support team before sending any product.
Speak with a CAD Audio service representative to describe your product and the nature of the problem. This helps the team prepare for your return and process it more efficiently.
Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from the support team. A return authorization number is required for all repair returns, and packages sent without one cannot be processed.
Keep your dated sales receipt and RA number ready, as both will be needed to proceed with your warranty repair claim.
Pack your CAD Audio product securely using at least 3 inches of padding on all sides to protect it during shipment. Inadequate packaging may result in additional damage that voids warranty coverage.
Clearly reference your RA number on the outside of the package and ship the item to the CAD Audio service center at your own expense. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Include a copy of your dated sales receipt inside the package along with a description of the fault to help the service team process your claim promptly.
Once received and assessed, if a manufacturer's defect is confirmed, CAD Audio will repair or service the product under warranty at no charge. If the product is found to be out of warranty or damaged by abuse, a minimum service fee will apply based on the product category.

CAD Audio's limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the applicable warranty period from the date of purchase.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, accidents, or neglect. Exterior finish or cosmetic damage is excluded from coverage.
