3 Simple Steps for Crosley Radio Warranty Claim
Step 1:

- Confirm your product was purchased from Crosley directly or an authorized Crosley retailer. Products purchased from unauthorized dealers, sold AS IS, demo or open box items, secondhand purchases, or returned items are not covered under the warranty.
- Ensure your product is within the 1-year warranty period from the original date of retail purchase, and that the malfunction is due to a defect in materials or workmanship under normal use. Consumables such as fuses, batteries, needles, and belts are not covered.
- Verify that your product has not been customized, modified, or subjected to misuse, abuse, accident, acts of nature, or connection to an improper voltage supply. Any of these conditions will void your warranty.

Step 2:

- Visit the Crosley Radio website or click here to register your product and place your purchase details on record for faster warranty and support processing.
- Complete your product registration with your model name, serial number, and date of purchase to activate your warranty and stay informed of any product updates or support resources.
- Keep your original bill of sale from an authorized Crosley distributor or retailer in a safe place. This is the only accepted proof of warranty entitlement and must be provided when requesting parts or service under warranty.
Step 3:

- Contact the Crosley Consumer Support Team to request a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping your product Crosley assumes no responsibility for units sent without prior Return Authorization, and any such items may not be processed.
- Once your RA is issued, Crosley will provide a prepaid shipping label for return pack your product appropriately, as Crosley is not responsible for damage resulting from improper packaging or products lost in shipment.
- Upon receipt, Crosley will, at its discretion, troubleshoot and provide replacement parts, repair the product at no charge using new or refurbished parts, or direct you to return the item to the original retailer if the malfunction falls within the retailer's standard return period.

What is covered under the Crosley Radio Warranty?
Crosley Radio (Modern Marketing Inc.) warrants electronic products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the date of original retail purchase from an authorized Crosley retailer.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to products purchased in the United States and Canada. At its discretion, Crosley will troubleshoot, provide replacement parts, or repair the product at no charge using new or refurbished parts. Parts replaced under warranty are shipped via Ground Shipping only.
What is NOT covered under the Crosley Radio Warranty?
Damage or failure due to acts of nature, accident, misuse, abuse, mishandling, negligence, abnormal wear and tear, improper operation or maintenance, connection to improper voltage supply, or power surges.
- Products that are sold AS IS, demo/open box, returned, secondhand, or used outside the purchased region consumables such as fuses, batteries, needles, and belts are also excluded.
- Products that have been customized, modified, or repaired by anyone other than an authorized Crosley facility — customization of any kind voids the warranty entirely.
