You are required to fill in mandatory details, including your name, current address, the product's model number, and its manufacturing date. The product registration form also includes optional fields for your phone number and email.
Baby Jogger will be able to send you accurate information, service, and solutions to your concerns through the model number that you provide. The white sticker of the product, where your model number is printed, is located on the bottom, side, or back of the product.
The model number of the product could also be printed on either the detachable part of the product or on the bottom of the seat pad or liner.
Followed by filling up the return form, you will receive guidance to return your product through email. In the guidance, they advise you to initiate the return within thirty days in new and unused condition.
Baby Jogger accepts the products received on the official website only. Refunds will be issued for the product value exclusively, and returns can be processed free of charge using the Return Portal.
Baby Jogger and its authorized distributors may refrain from shipping replacement or repair parts outside the country of purchase.
To initiate a warranty claim, proof of purchase is mandatory, and the warranty coverage is exclusively granted to the original purchaser.
During the warranty process, Baby Jogger may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the warranty period. Most of the products have a 1-year warranty period.

The limited warranty excludes coverage for instances of misuse or inadequate maintenance, damage resulting from the improper installation of Baby Jogger parts and/or accessories, harm caused by factors such as corrosion, mold, rust, sun exposure, sweat, detergents, sunscreen, damp storage, or frequent washing, as well as normal wear and tear. Additionally, repairs or modifications conducted by a third party, purchases from unauthorized retailers, acquiring the stroller used or second-hand, damage due to accidents, airline or freight damage, corrosion or rust, incorrect assembly, installation of third-party parts or accessories not compatible with the original design, accidental or intentional damage, abuse, neglect, commercial use, and improper storage or care of the unit are not covered by the warranty.
