Before heading to the driving range, you must verify your eligibility for technical support. Cobra Golf requires that all equipment be purchased from an authorized retailer to qualify for factory backed protection. This ensures that the technical team can validate your clubs as genuine products and link them to a verified production window.
You should have your Model Name, Loft/Flex details, and Serial Number ready; the serial number is typically etched into the hosel of woods and hybrids or the back of the iron heads. Additionally, keeping a digital copy of your Dated Proof of Purchase is a mechanical necessity for validating that the equipment is within the active coverage window.
Check for issues such as a rattle in the head, dents on the face, shaft fractures, carbon crown failure, face delamination, or bonding problems between the head and shaft that occur during normal play.
Confirm that your driver has been registered with the manufacturer using the original purchase details. Registration verifies ownership, validates the purchase date, and helps support teams identify your specific unit for warranty service.
Determine whether the damage is a factory defect rather than accidental impact or misuse. Minor paint chips, sole scratches, or worn grips are considered normal wear and tear and are typically not covered under hardware protection.
To resolve a hardware failure, you must coordinate with a certified professional. Because golf clubs require high precision assembly and swing weight calibration, Cobra Golf prefers a hands-on evaluation by an authorized dealer or their internal repair department rather than a digital only claim process.
Provide the technical details of the failure and your proof of purchase to the authorized retailer where the club was originally bought. They will facilitate a return authorization to the factory for inspection. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the brand will repair the club or provide a replacement of equal or greater value to ensure your game remains uninterrupted.
Limited Warranty: 2 Years from the date of original purchase for all clubs and components.
