Before visiting a service center, you must confirm that your tire issue is a result of a manufacturing flaw in materials or workmanship. Ironman Tires distinguishes between factory errors such as internal ply separation or sidewall bubbles and "road hazards" or improper maintenance. This ensures the technical team can validate that the tire is an authentic product operated within its rated load and speed limits.
You should have your Original Sales Invoice (showing the date of purchase) and the Tire Identification Number (TIN) from the sidewall ready for review. Keeping a digital copy of your receipt is a mechanical necessity for validating that you qualify for a professional assessment. Note that many passenger tires are covered by a Mileage Coverage Plan (up to 55,000 miles), provided you can prove consistent rotation every 6,000 to 8,000 miles.
If your tire shows a defect in the tread compound or a structural failure, contact an Authorized Ironman Tires Dealer. Use the official Dealer Locator to find a certified shop that can process warranty adjustments. It is recommended to register your tires after purchase either through the dealer or the manufacturer so your ownership details and product information are on file for faster warranty support.
Bring the affected tire along with your purchase receipt and any registration confirmation (if available). A trained technician will inspect the tire to determine whether the issue is due to a factory defect.
Even if the tire is approved for warranty replacement, you are usually responsible for mounting, balancing, disposal fees, and any applicable taxes.
To resolve a hardware failure, the brand utilizes a "Prorated Replacement" model. If the defect is confirmed within the first 2/32nds of an inch of usable treadwear (or within the first 12 months for specific models), Ironman may provide a free replacement. If the tire is worn beyond this initial period, the adjustment will be calculated on a prorated basis, meaning you will receive credit toward a new tire based on the remaining tread life.
Once the dealer authorizes the adjustment, you will be required to sign an Ironman Limited Protection Policy Claim Form. The defective tire then becomes the property of the manufacturer. This structured approach ensures your vehicle is back on the road with fresh, safe rubber, backed by the brand's commitment to industrial-grade durability.
