Step 1:

  • Your invaluable watches have to be enrolled in the registration form. Registering provides customers with an extra one-year warranty, free of charge, in addition to the existing five-year limited warranty, offering enhanced benefits.

  • Registration is open exclusively to individuals who have been residing within the United States.

  • To check the status of your order, you will need to provide your order number, email address, and the billing zip code associated with your purchase.

Step 2:

  • Products can be returned, given that they are in their original condition and were acquired from the official website. Please ensure that any gift with purchase items is also included in the return; failure to return any of these items may result in additional charges.

  • Please allow up to a two-week processing time for your return to be completed. It's important to note that Gift Cards and charges for expedited shipping (UPS 2-Day and UPS Overnight) are non-refundable.

  • Registered users can initiate the procedure by logging in, while guest users are permitted to follow the process they used when tracking their orders.

What is covered under the Citizen Watch Warranty?

Citizen Watch warranty policy applies to:

  • The warranty covers Citizen watches purchased from authorized retailers in the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Caribbean, and Mexico.
  • It guarantees freedom from material and workmanship defects and ensures timekeeping accuracy for 5 years from the purchase date.
  • Excludes coverage for the power cell, case components (crystal, stem, crown), bracelet components (clasp, links, pins, screws), strap components, and accessories.
  • For defects under normal use, Citizen will regulate, adjust, repair, or replace the movement.
  • Warranty claims require the original or unaltered warranty certificate and must be made during the warranty period.

What is NOT covered under the Citizen Watch Warranty?

Citizen Watch warranty does not apply to:

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, tampering, or failure to follow care instructions is not covered.
  • Wear and tear, scratches, or damage to the case, crystal, bracelet, strap, or components are excluded.
  • Moisture damage to non-water-resistant watches or water-resistant models if opened improperly or due to broken components is not covered.
  • Damage from failing to perform regular maintenance at the consumer’s expense is excluded.
  • Repairs or alterations by unauthorized individuals void the warranty.
